The breakfast had a good selection of international cuisine. The hotel is very close to the bus stop and the metro station. The room was large and REALLY clean. Restaurants are open late into the night (which is great!).

The air conditioning was a major issue. it broke down in the first room i got. after they moved me, the ac in the second room also didn't work well.. i was too tired to complain again. also, the service wasn't great. I found the duty manager, mr rahul, unhelpful and felt he didn't value my time or concerns at all.

a romantic escape
fresh fruitefficient serviceprovided waterwater temperature
the breakfast buffet featured great variety. fresh dragon fruit stood out among the fruit selections. i enjoyed the efficient service in the restaurant. the team showed attentiveness . the room provided tea and coffee facilities. a kettle was there along with tea bags. a hairdryer and an ironing board were also present. this helped a lot . the provided water bottles were a nice touch too.
the shower mixer had issues with temperature control. i found it difficult to get the right mix. it was either cold water or very hot water. this made showering challenging.
